Colors for the bridesmaid/flower girl dress?

So these are the dresses I'm pretty sure I'm going be having for my flowergirl and bridesmaid.

Now, I'm going for the traditional Black and White Wedding. I'm wearing a white dress and the groom is wearing a black tux.



My bouquet will be filled with stargazer lillies.

and I need help on deciding what colors I should use for the dresses to match my flowers.



Or what would you suggest?

The flowers arereally pretty, by the way. I love them.

To match the flowers, the dresses should be black or pink. Black would be your best bet though because finding a shade of pink that would match that flower well would be tough.
Reply:Looking at the color chart vs. your flowers (which are beautiful, those are some of my favorite flowers) I would say you should go with something subtle, especially since you are going for black and white with the other colors. My suggestion would be for the dresses to be claret with white sashes, and for the flower girl dress to be opposite the bridesmaids (white with a claret sash). The combination of the reddish claret with the black and white would be very classy.
Reply:i think that if you are doing an a black/white wedding which sounds very formal you should have the bridesmaid and flower girl wear that dress in black with a white waistband. Think of how much those lillies are going to pop against the black dresses! It would look awesome!
Reply:Well matching exactly to your flowers is tacky, so don't try and do that. instead incorporate the two. I suggest maybe a pale pale pink for the dresses, and choose another color for the bows, maybe a chocolate brown. What are your wedding colors, arnt those usually what decides the dress colors? I suggest worrying about that before choosing a bouquet.
